Hi! I’m Debra, a home daycare owner, childcare business strategist, mom of 2, and the founder of Daycare With Deb™.

I help women in childcare step out of survival mode and into leadership, clarity, and the income they deserve.

I hold a Master’s degree from the School of Management at Marist University, and I’ve built and scaled multiple childcare programs from the ground up — navigating licensing, full enrollments, staffing, operations, communication systems, and premium pricing models that actually support a sustainable life.

But my deeper mission is bigger than business strategy.

I am fiercely passionate about putting the power back in the hands of women who undervalue themselves in this industry. Women who have worked tirelessly to provide quality care but have continued to be underpaid, and overlooked. My purpose is to show you that you can pursue your passion and create the lifestyle you deserve; without burnout, without chaos, and without sacrificing yourself in the process.
